Amanda has spent 20 years where people, processes, and technology meet. She has redesigned operational workflows, administered learning and membership platforms, and built custom dashboards, scheduling tools, and automations that save teams hours every week.
As a certified Project Management Professional, she starts every engagement with a defined scope, clear milestones, and regular communication.

Partner, people and operations
Roger brings 27 years of military service, with deep expertise in human resources operations, personnel systems, and the policies and procedures that keep large organizations running.
